Lights on the River
1st Friday in December, 4-9 pm,
Historic Owego Marketplace, Downtown Owego, NY 13827
Stroll around the village and enjoy shopping, dining, hot food on the streets, and activities around the village. Costume Contest; Characters walking streets, street entertainment, Purple Lightning Marching Band; Fireworks; Elks Participating.
Come and watch as Owego gets lit up at the Court Street Bridge and the streets of Owego at 6 p.m.!
Fireworks start at 8 p.m. over the Susquehanna River in Draper Park next to the bridge.
