Menu created by Chef Matthew Wooster. Menu includes New York charcuterie centerpieces featuring local cheese, cured meats, sausages, pickled vegetables, spreads, honeycomb, nuts & crostini; lobster and corn chowder with sherry; winter spinach salad with roasted butternut squash, dried cranberries, toasted pumpkin seeds, goat cheese, and drizzled with a maple balsamic vinaigrette; Grand Marnier & cranberry glazed pork chop stuffed with a house-made sausage; cornbread dressing served with mascarpone and parsnip puree; roasted Brussels sprouts with crispy pancetta and golden raisins; and a delicious house-made dessert.
