Celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Woodstock Music and Art Festival at Woodstock 50, an upcoming festival in the Finger Lakes village of Watkins Glen. Michael Lang, the co-founder and co-producer of the landmark event, created a lineup for Woodstock 50 that balances nostalgia with pop, rock and hip-hop acts from today’s charts. The three-day event kicks off Friday with The Killers, Miley Cyrus, and Carlos Santana heading a lineup more than 20 deep. Chance the Rapper, The Black Keys, and Dead & Co. are among the headliners Saturday. The weekend closes off Sunday with Jay-Z, Imagine Dragons, Halsey, and a few alumni of the original Woodstock (Canned Heat and Hot Tuna). Tickets go on sale April 22 and are sure to sell out fast. Make sure to secure accommodation reservations well in advance.
