Hi, I'm Terrell McLean co-owner and pitmaster of Bubby's BBQ in Rochester NY. We smoke our meats low and slow, Texas style on a 500 gallon smoker. Meats include, brisket, pork, ribs, half chicken, wings, and Cajun sausage. Our side dishes are, mac n cheese. collard greens with smoked turkey, brisket beans, mac salad, and honey butter cornbread. Currently our restaurant is open Friday-Sunday 2–7pm, you can walk in or order online. We also offer catering throughout the week.
