Graft Wine and Cider Bar is the area's only wine and cider bar, exclusively serving and selling a variety of New York State hand-crafted wines, ciders, and beer that are highlighted on a rotating, seasonally focused bar and kitchen menu. Creative, simple, seasonal small bites, snacks, salads, sandwiches, and desserts are thoughtfully prepared in-house and designed to share and to pair by chef and owner Orlando Rodriguez. A graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, he has strong connections with nearby farms and is dedicated to sourcing local products whenever possible. Along with our commitment to local wine, cider, beer and food, we are equally enthusiastic to feature the talents of many local artisans throughout our space.
