This is a great area for hiking, mountain biking, cross-country skiing and snow shoeing. Trail system includes the Inner Loop 5.5 miles, Middle Loop 2.5 miles, and the Outer Loop 3 miles. There is a short section of the trail system in the northwestern portion of the forest that is designated as an accessible trail for those with mobility impairments.
