The Ontario County Historical Museum is open year round. It offers educational programs and rotating exhibits on subjects pertaining to the origins of Western New York and local history of the Ontario County area. The historical museum has many of its own records and strong connections to the local archives, they can assist with research projects and genealogical searches, but for these requests its best to call ahead so their staff is prepared to assist you.
