Founded in 1899 by Fred and Cora Krebs, The Krebs is a historic restaurant with over 100 years of history as a popular landmark in Skaneateles, having served past presidents, dignitaries and celebrities. The recently renovated restaurant, now owned by Kim Weitsman, features world class service and dining for all based on a farm-to-table concept utilizing fresh, hand-picked local ingredients and the highest quality meats and seafood available. With a talented culinary team, superior front of the house staff, and an ever-changing, dynamic menu designed to appeal to all pallets, every experience at The Krebs is unique. This dedication has resulted in a number of awards and recognitions, including the coveted two glass award from Wine Spectator and becoming one of Open Table’s top regional restaurants. The Krebs' mission goes far beyond a world-class guest experience, however, as The Krebs donates all of the net profits to charitable organizations and non-profits benefiting women and children throughout Central New York. They also host a number of fundraisers for the same purposes.
