The Elmira Pioneers are part of the Perfect Game Collegiate Baseball League, a summer wood bat league, that has been in Elmira since 1888. Many baseball greats have been part of the Pioneers Organization or played at Historic Dunn Field, including: Babe Ruth, Lou Gehrig, Don Zimmer, Earl Weaver, and more.
