For over 40 years, the Tioga Arts Council (TAC) has enriched the cultural lives of Tioga County’s residents and visitors. Located in the historic  Village of Owego, TAC is a central platform for a flourishing arts community. Their gallery is open to the public and exhibitions change monthly. Visitors are encouraged to stop in to see (and buy!) artwork created by local artists.
